To activate your warranty, please fill in the registration form below with your order details. By doing so, you’ll ensure that your Cold Pod is covered for any manufacturing faults for one full year from the date of your purchase.

  • What is covered?

    Manufacturing defects and faults that affect the functionality of your Cold Pod.
    We stand by the quality of our products, and if anything goes wrong due to a fault in materials or workmanship, we'll make it right.

  • What is not covered?

    Accidental damage or damage caused by improper use.
    Wear and tear from regular use, including but not limited to scratches, stains, or other aesthetic damages.
    Damage caused by improper maintenance, alterations, or repairs carried out by someone other than Cold Pod.
    Any issues arising from misuse, mishandling, or failure to follow the product care instructions.
